KTI offers a wide range of training courses for FRP Classroom Training, fiberglass engineering, and pressure vessels.
Most of these are offered on a regular basis throughout the year in classrooms and online, or can be customized and delivered on-site for a specific customer.
Bonder Qualification Training
We provide comprehensive bonder qualification training for FRP pipes & fittings, designed to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in the field.
Theoretical Training
In-depth classroom sessions covering fundamentals and advanced concepts of FRP piping.
Practical Training
Hands-on experience with equipment, materials, and active bonding procedures.
Hydro Testing
Rigorous testing to ensure structural integrity, leak prevention, and pressure resilience.
Performing the Test
Supervised and independent execution of qualification tests to prove competence.
Certification & Success
Following the training modules, candidates undergo a final rigorous interview process. Upon successful completion of the course, we formally recognize their expertise to industry standards:
Technicians
Will be issued official Bonder Cards verifying their hands-on qualification and practical competence.
Supervisors & QC Inspectors
Will receive formal Certificates of Completion to validate their oversight capabilities and knowledge.
